Job Details
We are seeking a highly qualified Counsel to join our Tax practice. We advise on a wide range of complex tax matters, with particular emphasis on funds-related and M&A tax issues.
In this role, you will work independently and collaboratively to advise clients on the tax aspects of sophisticated transactions, including:
Fund formation, structuring, and operations
Mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
Cross-border investments and acquisitions
We also value experience providing tax guidance to startups and their founders. The position requires strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work seamlessly with our teams and clients.
What we’re looking for:
8+ years of transactional tax experience at a leading law firm or accounting firm
Admission to the New York or New Jersey bar
