Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services to a diverse patient population
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with healthcare standards
- Adhere to all applicable clinical protocols and regulatory requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Current BLS (AHA), ACLS, and DEA certification
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in outpatient or primary care settings
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Prior experience in primary care, ideally within a community-based setting
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensure and certifications as required
- Flexibility to travel or accommodate additional responsibilities as needed

Hourly Pay Rate: $130/hr all inclusive as 1099
