Your Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver updates to shift supervisors on production status and any issues.
  
• Apply specification knowledge to determine necessary equipment settings.
  
• Assess material to verify adherence to quality standards.
  
• Accurately maintain processing reports into batch records.
  
• Follow planner schedules to ensure the proper use of materials.
  
• Diligently label all materials in progress.
  
• Commit to all safety protocols and rectify hazardous conditions when found.
  
• Keep a clean and organized department.
  
• Contribute to additional duties as they arise.

Who You Are:

• Preference for candidates with a Technical Trade School background or an associate degree.
  
• Proficient in assembling and servicing manufacturing machinery, including industrial vibratory screening units.
  
• Effective in written and verbal English communication.
  
• Able to engage effectively in both one-on-one and small group settings.
  
• Mathematically proficient in weight and volume calculations.
  
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in manufacturing preferred.
  
• Capable of suggesting safety, quality, and productivity improvements.
  
• Experienced forklift operator; electric hoists/cranes experience advantageous.
  
• Core Competencies: safety, cleanliness, work quality, punctuality, teamwork, reliability.

This role offers compensation between $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, with possible inclusion in our discretionary incentive program. Compensation is based on various factors, and competitive benefits are provided from your first day.
