An opportunity is available for an experienced Endoscopy RN with expertise in advanced GI procedures to support an expanding service line. The role requires a strong background in ERCP, EMR, and EUS, providing critical nursing care in an advanced procedural environment. This contract position is based in Waverly, NY, within a facility known for quality medical services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care during advanced endoscopic procedures including ERCP, EMR, and EUS.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and procedure efficiency.
• Take call as needed, approximately once weekly and every sixth weekend, with flexibility for additional coverage or swaps with team members.
• Maintain clear communication with providers and unit staff regarding call schedules to ensure consistent coverage.
• Adhere to regulatory standards and facility protocols throughout all clinical activities.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current RN licensure with demonstrated endoscopy nursing expertise.
• Proven experience managing ERCP, EMR, and EUS procedures.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to respond effectively during advanced GI interventions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate call schedules and patient care.
• Ability to adapt to changing clinical environments and support a growing service line.
