<li>Calling vendors for updated tracking and shipping information</li>
<li>Work schedule non negotiable 8-5</li>
<li>Provides reasonable and timely information to clients and staff as it pertains to their orders</li>
<li>Oversee receivables and call customers when merchandise has arrived</li>
<li>Relay information to staff when delays are happening to avoid customer dissatisfaction</li>
<li>Have a pleasant and healthy attitude</li>
<li>Call vendors for price concessions and alternatives for out of stock materials</li>
<li>Periodic bank runs to deposit end of day sales</li>
<li>Assisting in sales when needed</li>
