**Applicant needs to live within a 15-mile radius of Ronkonkoma, NY**
Description: Seeking a Maintenance Associate to work with a team of other associates in a well-established residential community. This position requires someone who is very "hands on," comfortable in a position of responsibility and able to perform and prioritize a wide range of maintenance tasks.

The Maintenance Associate should be friendly and service minded, as this position requires working directly with management, residents, office staff and contractors.

Experience: Experience is preferred in a maintenance or construction related trade.

Scope of work: includes but is not limited to performing basic construction, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, snow removal, pool maintenance, landscaping, miscellaneous repairs and service requests.

Valid driver's license and good driving record required.

This position is subject to background check.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with flexibility to work outside of scheduled hours as needed (ie: emergencies and snow removal).
