Job Description
Our client a well know law firm is seeking a highly skilled and professional Legal Executive Assistant to provide superior technical and administrative support to our attorneys and clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex, senior-level internal and external meetings, conference calls, and client events.
- Manage and prioritize detailed attorney calendars, scheduling, and logistics.
- Handle a high volume of phone calls with professionalism and discretion.
- Arrange and process domestic and international travel accommodations.
- Proofread, edit, and format legal documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Enter attorney time in 3E and assist with related billing processes.
- Conduct legal and internet research as directed.
- Establish and maintain organized paper and electronic filing systems.
- Serve as a primary liaison for clients, ensuring excellent service and communication.
- Support attorneys with additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of administrative support experience in a law firm or similar professional services environment.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.
- Professional presence and ability to build strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal-specific applications; 3E experience a plus.
- Familiarity with Big Law or large legal environments preferred.
- Self-starter with a desire to learn new technology and share knowledge with others.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
