Excellent career opportunity for Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of Construction Litigation Experience.

Represent clients in all phases of construction litigation, including pre-trial motions, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.

Draft and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and related agreements.

Analyze and interpret construction contracts and project documentation.

Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.

Advise clients (contractors, subcontractors, developers, and design professionals) on risk management and regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with experts, consultants, and other legal professionals to build effective cases.

Manage case files from inception through resolution with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar in [State].
- 5–7+ years of experience in construction litigation or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of construction law, including AIA contracts, lien laws, and delay claims.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Courtroom, mediation, and arbitration experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Exceptional communication and client service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants.
- Familiarity with public and private construction projects.
- Background in construction or engineering a plus.
