Position: 12 Month Per Diem Teacher Aide/Assistant (Lunch Coverage/Floater)
Schedule Options:
- 11:00 am - 1:30 pm MTWThF or MTW
- 11:00 am - 2:40 pm MTWThF or MTW
Salary:
- $18.50 per hour – NYS Certified Teacher Assistants
- $18.00 per hour – Teacher Aides

- School year follows most district calendars.
- Small classroom settings (6–12 students).
- 12-month positions include the 10-month academic year plus a 6-week summer session.
What We’re Looking For
- Caring, compassionate individuals eager to work with students ages 3–12 with developmental disabilities.
- Comfortable assisting with social, emotional, and academic development, as well as personal care.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Prior special education classroom experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift children weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Must complete an initial medical exam and background clearances.
