Key Responsibilities
Guest Safety &amp; Operations
<ul>
<li>Conduct safety briefings and equipment demonstrations for tour groups</li>
<li>Assist guests with proper fitting and adjustment of harnesses, helmets, and safety equipment</li>
<li>Guide guests through the zip-line course, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols</li>
<li>Perform daily equipment inspections and maintain detailed safety logs</li>
</ul>
Guest Experience
<ul>
<li>Lead engaging and informative tours for groups of varying sizes and ages</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a fun, energetic atmosphere</li>
<li>Share knowledge about local wildlife, forest ecology, and area history</li>
<li>Assist nervous or hesitant participants with encouragement and support</li>
<li>Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and effectively</li>
