[ ] Create Release Notes, Installation Guides, User Guides, Quick References, Help (HTML) files, and other assigned content.
[ ] Analyze and translate technical and functional designs into user-friendly client material.
[ ] Collaborate with subject matter experts to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation needs.
[ ] Use test environments to research Fiserv products and services and obtain screen samples for your documentation.
[ ] Adhere to the Microsoft Style Guide and department writing standards.
[ ] Bachelor's degree required. Degree in English, Technical Communications, Professional Writing, or Journalism preferred.
[ ] 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Madcap Flare to create, manage, and publish documentation.
[ ] Hands-on experience with Microsoft Word, SharePoint, SnagIT, JIRA, and Confluence.
[ ] Experience creating technical documentation in an Agile environment.
[ ] Proficient at writing content in U.S. English.
Great-to-Haves:
[ ] Experience writing user interface text and application screen content.
[ ] Related banking industry experience in platforms, banking applications, payments, or online financial solutions.
