We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and positive Front Desk Coordinator to join our team! A Maison Seventy Seven Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for handling all day-to-day routine assistance of clients, appointment scheduling, communication with clients, checking clients in/out, getting client beverages, and reporting to the Director of Operations. This role has room for growth into management. Salon experience highly preferred.
Requirements:
• Act as the first point of contact with salon customers, greet each customer professionally, create a welcoming environment, and anticipate client needs.
• Assist salon operations, including but not limited to: Answering telephone, stocking shelves, and other duties as assigned by managers.
• Be detail-oriented with appointment booking and when handling POS transactions, including opening and closing of the register.
• Proficiency in salon software and appointment booking.
• Critical thinking and time management skills.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills, especially teamwork, are essential to this role.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour • Retail commission

Salon Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9am - 6pm. Closed Sundays and Mondays.
Expected schedule: Tuesday through Saturday. 9:00am - 6:00pm and 9:30am - 6:30pm shifts. Must be flexible to fit the needs of the business.
