Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including handling work orders and conducting routine maintenance. In addition to these responsibilities, the Maintenance Technician will be required to have some electrical and plumbing experience. This position will also be part of an on-call rotation schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to work orders and maintenance requests.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on various assigned buildings.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repairs related to electrical and plumbing systems.
  • Ensure safe and efficient snow removal operations during winter months.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to address emergency maintenance needs.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in maintenance and repair work.
  • Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
  • HVAC knowledge is helpful, but we can train.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
