Job Title: Leasing Consultant
About the Role
Are you passionate about helping people find their perfect home? Join our dynamic team as a Leasing Consultant, where you’ll be the welcoming face of our community. This role blends customer service, sales, and administrative expertise to create exceptional living experiences for our residents.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist prospective tenants, showcasing available units and amenities.
- Conduct engaging property tours tailored to client needs.
- Prepare and execute lease agreements accurately and in compliance with policies.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Address tenant concerns and coordinate with maintenance for timely resolutions.
- Process applications, verify references, and manage credit/background checks.
- Maintain accurate records of leases, renewals, and occupancy reports.
What We’re Looking For
- Customer service and leasing/property management experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work weekends and occasional evenings.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Sales-driven with excellent negotiation skills.
- Bonus: Experience with Entrata property software.

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Bellport, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
