Position Overview

We are seeking a bilingual Nurse Practitioner (NP) fluent in Spanish to join our Primary Care team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and empathetic provider who is passionate about improving health outcomes in a community-based outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a range of acute and chronic health conditions

• Perform comprehensive physical exams and patient assessments

• Provide preventive care, wellness counseling, and health education

• Develop individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications

• Refer patients to specialists or additional services as needed

• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care team members

• Document all patient encounters accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Nursing (APRN)

• Active New York State NP license

• Board certified as FNP, ANP, or AGNP

• Valid DEA registration and prescriptive authority

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a primary care setting

• Fluency in Spanish is required

• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills

• Commitment to patient-centered, culturally sensitive care

Compensation & Benefits
