Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license
• Experience in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
• Strong understanding of IEPs and 504 plans
• Ability to write and upload session notes to Frontline
• Effective munication and collaboration skills
• Previous experience with progress monitoring and evaluation

Location: Oneonta, NY

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to a diverse K-12 student caseload
• Develop, implement, and assess Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 plans
• Conduct one-on-one evaluations and deliver direct services as needed
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student goals
• Attend and participate in district meetings and professional development
• Manage scheduling and documentation as outlined by previous staff
