Job Description
MUST SPEAK SPANISH As a Driving Instructor, you will:
 
<ul>
<li>Provide behind-the-wheel driving lessons to students of different skill levels</li>
<li>Teach students safe driving habits and proper road behavior</li>
<li>Prepare students for the NYC Road Test</li>
<li>Ensure students understand rules of the road and defensive driving techniques</li>
<li>Maintain a professional, calm, and respectful teaching environment</li>
<li>Communicate clearly with students regarding lesson progress and areas for improvement</li>
<li>Pick up and drop off students according to scheduled lessons (as assigned)</li>
<li>Keep the vehicle clean and report any vehicle issues immediately</li>
<li>Follow company policies, scheduling guidelines, and safety procedures</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements
✅ Must have:
 
<ul>
<li>Valid NYS Driver’s License</li>
<li>NYS Driving Instructor License (or ability to obtain it)</li>
<li>Clean driving record</li>
<li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li>
<li>Punctuality, reliability, and professionalism</li>
<li>Ability to stay calm, patient, and supportive with nervous/new drivers</li>
</ul>
