Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Legal Assistant with experience in Land Use and Real Estate to support our legal team in providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will assist in various legal tasks related to land use, real estate transactions, and municipal law, ensuring compliance with legal standards and facilitating smooth processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents related to land use and real estate transactions.
  • Conduct research on municipal regulations and zoning laws.
  • Maintain and organize case files, documents, and records for easy access.
  • Coordinate with clients, government agencies, and other parties involved in real estate matters.
  • Prepare briefs, reports, and correspondence as required.
  • Assist in the preparation for hearings, meetings, and trials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a legal environment.
  • Experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal, preferably in Land Use or Real Estate.
  • Strong understanding of real estate law and municipal regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in legal research and writing.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
