We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling signage components according to specifications, ensuring top-quality standards, and preparing products for shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble sign components using various tools, adhesives, and fastening methods.
- Follow work orders and production schedules accurately.
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and durability.
- Safely operate tools, machinery, and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, diagrams.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Manual dexterity and ability to work with hand and power tools.
- Ability to handle physical aspects of the role, including standing for extended periods and moving or lifting materials as needed.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
