Our Client is actively seeking a Litigation Associate to join their dynamic Finance & Restructuring practice group. This is a high-impact opportunity for a mid-level attorney with a strong commercial litigation foundation and a keen interest in financial disputes and restructuring matters.
What You'll Do
Our Finance & Restructuring litigators handle complex disputes involving financial institutions and other commercial entities. While this role is not a bankruptcy/restructuring position, it does require familiarity with corporate debt restructurings and the litigation that often accompanies them. You'll work alongside top-tier partners on high-stakes cases that demand strategic thinking, precision, and persuasive advocacy.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We're looking for someone in the sweet spot of 3-5 years of litigation experience, ideally with:
- A background in commercial litigation at an Am Law 100 firm
- Restructuring exposure (not bankruptcy-focused)
- A single-firm resume that reflects commitment and consistency
- A GPA of 3.2 or higher from a respected law school
- A strong writing sample that showcases clarity, logic, and legal acumen

Requirements
