We’re looking for a Harvesting Technician who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty—literally. This is a tough, physical, outdoor job that demands grit, and endurance You’ll be on your feet, rain or shine, hot or cold, working with a large team to harvest crops at peak freshness and efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Follow all company standards for timing, quality, and productivity.
- Work flexible hours, especially during harvest periods.
- Operate equipment only if trained, and always follow safe operating procedures.
- Handle all tools and equipment with care and respect.
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness in line with food safety guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies, including safety, health, and conduct standards.
- Monitor and report pest or disease issues to your supervisor, including type, location, and severity.
- Be punctual and accurately log hours using the company’s time-tracking system.
- Support various tasks as needed to maintain workflow and efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to work outdoors on your feet for extended periods
- No fear of physical labor, dirt, or harsh weather
- Reliability and punctuality are a must
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
- Positive attitude and strong team player
- Previous Greenhouse, Farm, Agriculture, landscaping or cannabis experience a plus—but not required
