Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated Land Surveyor with at least two years of experience to support a range of site development, infrastructure, and boundary survey projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with total stations, GPS, and Civil 3D, and be comfortable working in both field and office environments.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct boundary, topographic, and construction staking surveys using total stations and GPS equipment

• Perform field data collection and process survey information into CAD drawings

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to support site development and civil infrastructure projects

• Interpret and analyze survey plats, legal descriptions, and construction plans

• Maintain accurate records, field notes, and ensure project compliance with applicable standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of land surveying experience in the field and/or office

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D for drafting and processing survey data

• Experience with total stations, GPS equipment, and standard surveying procedures

• Familiarity with construction layout, boundary surveys, and ALTA/NSPS standards

• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
