We are seeking a Plumbing Mechanic to join our team! The selected individual will install Plumbing, Sprinkler, and and Mechanical systems for new construction commercial buildings mid rise &amp; high rise. Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assemble and install plumbing, sprinkler, and mechanical systems</li>
<li>Multi-task</li>
<li>Daily ordering of material for project</li>
<li>Prepare daily reports at end of work day</li>
<li>Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures</li>
<li>OSHA certified for NYC, Fire watch, Fire torch burner</li>
<li>Adhere to safety policies and procedures</li>
<li>Ability to understand plans and layout work on project</li>
</ul>
​Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous 6-8 years experience in plumbing or sprinkler, or mechanical piping related field</li>
<li>Ability to read blueprints and schematics</li>
<li>Ability to handle physical workload</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Organized &amp; Efficient</li>
<li>Reliable, loyal &amp; trustworthy</li>
<li>Experience in the installation of plumbing systems for mid &amp; high rise buildings</li>
