Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for a direct hire opportunity at a munity-focused retail pharmacy in Jackson Heights, Queens, NY.

Position Details:

• Title: Pharmacist in Charge (PIC)

• Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time

• Location: Queens, NY (Jackson Heights area)

• Start Date: ASAP

• Pharmacy Hours:

• Monday Friday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM

• Saturday: 10:00 AM 5:00 PM

• Closed Sundays

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily pharmacy operations, ensuring pliance with state and federal regulations

• Supervise pharmacy staff, delegate tasks, and ensure proper workflow

• Verify prescriptions, counsel patients, and maintain accurate patient profiles

• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and manage procurement processes

• Collaborate with prescribers and insurance panies to ensure smooth prescription processing

• Uphold high standards of patient care and customer service in a diverse munity setting

• Ensure all recordkeeping, reporting, and pliance documentation is pleted accurately and on time

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted New York State Pharmacist License

• Prior experience as a Staff Pharmacist or PIC in a retail setting preferred

• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, pliance, and workflow management

• Excellent leadership, munication, and interpersonal skills

• Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred due to the patient population
