Job Description
Overview
Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment to prevent possible mechanical failure. 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Thoroughly cleans machines and machine parts</li>
<li>Removing parts and reinstalling as necessary</li>
<li>Oils and lubricates moving parts on machines to ensure effective performance</li>
<li>Performs spindle vibration analysis and logs results</li>
<li>Records and reports damaged, worn, or broken parts</li>
<li>Performs basic machine repairs</li>
<li>Orders parts</li>
<li>Adheres to PPE, lockout tagout practices, and safe working procedures</li>
<li>Communicate effectively and professionally</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Strong technical background </li>
<li>Basic computer skills</li>
<li>Ability to work unsupervised, identifying and implementing cost effective and timely preventative maintenance of equipment</li>
<li>Ability to work overtime as needed in support of production operations</li>
</ul>
 
Compensation: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience
