Our client, a major International Bank is seeking a professional IT Technical Writer.

--This us a 3 to 6 month temporary assignment.

--You will be responsible for writing an IT manual.

--Providing clear, consise, and user friendly documentation, related to IT systems , software and processes.

--Researching and and gathering information from subject matter experts to ensure accuracy.

--Drafting, editing and formatting IT policies, procedures and guidelines.

--Developing user manuels, technical guides, and troubleshooting documentation.

Collaborating with IT teams to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into easy to follow instructions.

--updating and maintaining documentation as technology evolves.

Required Experience:

--A knowledge of FFIEC ( Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council)

--A Bachelor's degree.

--Several years of experience performing the above duties.

--Excellent technical writing skills,

--Experience with publishing software.

--Knowledge of Spanish is a plus. Not required.
