Modern Multi-specialty Dental Office in the Bronx is seeking an enthusiastic, well-spoken, detail oriented, individual to present and sell treatment plans. Must have at least 3 years of dental office experience, and at least 2 years creating and selling treatment plans. Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced, high energy environment. Must be a team player with top notch telephone, organizational and people skills.
Seeking a candidate who can explain to patients their proposed treatment, fees, insurance coverage, patient costs and financial arrangements. Must be organized, friendly, team oriented, personable, and articulate. Must have a thorough knowledge of dental procedures, dental insurance and be very comfortable with computers.

Responsibilities and duties:
- Treatment planning and presentations
- Patient scheduling
- Assist with incoming patient phone calls
- Assist patients with applying for credit and other financial assistance
- Provide the Dentist with administrative and practical support when asked
- Manage and follow internal office protocols and procedures to ensure office efficiency
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of dental office experience
- At least 2 years of treatment planning experience
- Experience with Dentrix preferred
- Comfortable presenting large treatment plans
- Excellent computer and typing skills
- Professional demeanor
- Working knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocols
- Excellent customer service and communications skills
- Ability to multi-task efficiently
- Good organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
- Self-motivated. Willingness to learn
