ABA Clinical Director
Boro Park, Brooklyn, NY
$120K–$175K (DOE)
Full-time, in-office (Possibly Fridays remote)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, clinically strong Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead and mentor a team of over 130 BCBAs at our Boro Park location. This role is a key part of our leadership team, driving clinical quality, team development, and ethical service delivery in ABA therapy. You will report to the Chief Clinical Officer and collaborate with regional directors to ensure excellence across all clinical operations.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with supervisory experience

Key Responsibilities

Lead clinical quality and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Supervise, support, and mentor BCBAs through regular reviews and case consultations

Participate in hiring and onboarding new clinical staff

Work with internal departments (training, QA, case management) to align care delivery

Support ongoing staff development and team training initiatives

Monitor caseload productivity and parent satisfaction

Document provider communications and performance evaluations

Promote a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and growth
Qualifications & Must-Haves
-
BCBA certification (non-negotiable)
-
Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience in ABA

Strong supervisory experience (managing teams of BCBAs a plus)

Proficiency with Gmail, Word, Excel

Reliable transportation; ability to travel as needed
