In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth communication and detail-oriented service in a healthcare environment. Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors with a welcoming and detail-oriented demeanor.
• Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Coordinate concierge services to address patient and visitor needs efficiently.
• Handle general receptionist duties, including scheduling and maintaining records.
• Operate a switchboard system for up to 10 lines, directing calls appropriately.
• Provide clear and courteous communication to resolve inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area to uphold a detail-oriented appearance.
• Collaborate with internal staff to support daily operational needs.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information.• Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and switchboard operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse individuals.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with concierge services and customer service best practices.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and scheduling tools.
