-Internal Medicine -Practicing/No residents -Outpatient Practice setting -Monday- Friday with option to practice 4 days per week -Duties of the position

<li>Preventive care: Annual physicals, wellness exams, screenings, and vaccinations.</li>
<li>Chronic disease management: Ongoing care for conditions like diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and heart disease.</li>
<li>Acute care: Diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses and minor injuries.</li>
<li>Coordination of care: Referrals to specialists and follow-up management.</li>
<li>Patient-centered approach: Focus on building long-term relationships and improving health outcomes.</li>

-Required Qualifications

<li>Active New York license upon start date </li>
<li>Minimum 1 year of primary care experience (preferably 2 years; urgent care-only experience not suitable)</li>
