Sagaponack Restoration is seeking a skilled and reliable Restoration Technician to join our growing team. This role involves emergency water, fire, and mold mitigation work—along with light carpentry, spackling, and interior painting to support clean job turnover.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>
Perform demolition, water extraction, and structural drying
</li>
<li>
Set up containment and air scrubbers for mold and Category 3 jobs
</li>
<li>
Spackle, sand, and paint damaged walls and ceilings as part of patch-back work
</li>
<li>
Assist with moisture mapping and documentation using mobile devices
</li>
<li>
Follow IICRC and company safety protocols
</li>
<li>
Maintain job site cleanliness and professionalism at all times
</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>
Prior experience in restoration, general construction, or related trades
</li>
<li>
Proficiency in spackling, taping, and interior painting
</li>
<li>
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
</li>
<li>
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawl spaces and attics
</li>
<li>
Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and comfortable in high-end homes
</li>
