The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role will include, but is not limited to the following tasks:

Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination

Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients

Monitor on-site progress and maintain project documentation

Prepare and review RFI’s, submittals, and change orders

Attend site meetings and assist in resolving any field issues

Support the closeout process including completion of punch lists, final inspections, and turnover packages.
