Learning Strategist

About the Job:
As a Learning Strategist, you will analyze health literacy, learning preferences, and behavioral techniques to develop patient education materials. You'll conduct research, evaluate insights, and collaborate with internal teams to inform learning strategies, applying expertise in health literacy, learning principles, and behavioral models. By embracing an EDI mindset and using the inQ framework, you will create inclusive and effective learning strategies, driving the development of customized learning design guidelines.
A Day in the Life:
- Customize and present Learning Design Guidelines, collaborating on market research and summarizing findings to inform strategic recommendations.
- Review creative materials to ensure alignment with learning design guidelines and evaluate tactics for audience engagement and understanding.
- Collaborate with brand strategists to apply insight-driven recommendations and develop immersion plans.
- Apply learning strategy expertise to guide creative and tactical development, presenting findings confidently to internal teams.
- Maintain productive relationships with internal teams, presenting Learning 101s and participating in planning internal workshops.
- Embody a "Practice What We Preach" model, delivering clear, actionable, and engaging presentations that showcase learning strategy expertise.
What you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field, with Master's degree and CHES certification preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and skills in assessing health literacy and behavioral techniques.
- Curiosity and a solution-oriented approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking skills, adapting learning strategies to brand, disease, and audience expertise.
- Expertise in health literacy.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams on health literacy and learning strategies.
- Creativity and efficiency to deliver innovative and effective health education solutions.

Salary
$65,000 - $80,000 annually, or $80,000 - $110,000 annually for Senior Learning Strategist level.
The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
