House Manager Peace Valley Haven Inc.


The House Manager will oversee daily operations within the transitional housing environment, ensuring a safe, supportive, and structured atmosphere for residents. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Resident Support: Monitor residents' well-being, provide guidance, and enforce house rules to maintain a respectful and positive living environment.

  2. Facility Oversight: Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the facility by conducting routine inspections, coordinating maintenance, and managing supplies.

  3. Conflict Resolution: Address resident concerns, mediate disputes, and promote effective communication among residents and staff.

  4. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of resident activity, incident reports, and program compliance.

  5. Program Support: Assist residents in meeting their goals, including accessing resources for employment, education, and independent living.

  6. Crisis Management: Respond promptly to emergencies, following established protocols to ensure safety and resolution.

  7. Collaboration: Work closely with case managers and other staff to support residents' transition to self-sufficiency.
