Roles and Responsibilities:

Independently prepare legal reports and maintain communication with clients.

Conduct depositions, draft motions, and respond to discovery demands/requests.

Handle responses to Court Orders and manage other related legal documents.

Appear in Court, participate in arbitrations/mediations, and prepare for trials.

Collaborate with team members to support litigation strategy and client needs.
Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
-
Admission to practice law in New York State; admission to Federal Court is a plus.

Strong legal knowledge and experience in litigation and General liability law.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience.
