We are looking for patient, nurturing staff members who are willing to learn about the Montessori philosophy and guide children 18 months to 6 years of age on their journey to independence.

The Assistant Teacher is a valuable member of a team and is responsible for supporting the Head Teacher in maintaining a nurturing and peaceful educational environment. We are seeking a permanent part-time assistant teacher with hours of 8:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. to join our talented staff. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and experience with and a love for working with young children. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic and is a team player who is excited to grow professionally and collaborate with others to further the school's mission of service to the child. A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred, but other degrees will be considered.

Compensation and benefits package will vary according to education and experience. Base pay of $17.00 per hour applies to those candidates without a Bachelor's degree. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
