Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and operation of manufacturing equipment.
• Load and unload materials and products manually or using equipment.
• Perform quality checks and report any defects or irregularities.
• Trimming product as needed
• Pull testing, aligning hardware and maintaining clean workspace.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
• Support other departments as needed with general labor tasks.
• Must be able to perform basic math and have good reading/writing skills.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime if required
