**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Manager to oversee all aspects of our facility's maintenance operations. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of our building, equipment, and grounds to ensure they are in optimal condition. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to maintenance management.
**Qualifications:**
- Hotel Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of maintenance best practices and procedures.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Certification in maintenance management is a plus.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures, standards, and schedules to ensure effective operation of the facility.
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance, training, and supervision.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance work.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventories, and expenditures.
- Monitor and control maintenance budget to optimize costs without compromising quality.
- Respond to maintenance emergencies and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
