Staff Attorney, Technology Transactions Group (Multiple Locations) - HYBRID

Were seeking a full-time Staff Attorney based in Silicon Valley, San Francisco, or New York to provide high-quality, efficient contract review support for M&A and financing transactions. This is a non-partnership track role within a leading technology-focused practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Review a wide variety of technology-related agreements for M&A and financing deals

• Prepare written summaries, disclosure schedules, and maintain document databases

• Communicate key findings to project and team leaders

• Organize and track due diligence materials, requests, and responses

Qualifications

• Active bar admission in the hiring jurisdiction, in good standing

• 2+ years of big-law experience handling licensing, commercial contracts, and M&A matters

• Highly computer literate: Microsoft Office, SharePoint, iManage (or similar DMS)

• Excellent written, oral, analytical, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work efficiently under time pressure with minimal supervision
