Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.

Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

We are excited to announce that our school is actively interviewing for several Registered Behavior Technician positions for the entire 2024-2025 school year! See the details below:

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current RBT certification in good standing
• Experience working with moderate - severe behaviors
• Must have training on de-escalation, familiar with CPI, and able to handle difficult situations.

Position Highlights:

• Full-Time
• ASAP - May 2025, potential for Summer Program
• Onsite Only
• Caseload: 3-5 year old children in integrated and self contained classrooms
• Responsibilities Include:
• Support students with disabilities such as autism/down syndrome
• Assist with behavioral challenges such as hitting, biting, spitting, eloping

Hourly Pay: $17-22 dependent on experience
