Job DescriptionAssociate Attorney - General Liability
Established (40+ years) Premier Firm Seeking A Hybrid Associate Attorney with General Liability experience in the New York City area.An established and growing firm based in New York is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-7 years of experience to join their team in a hybrid work arrangement. This attorney will handle general liability matters, including depositions, court appearances, and hearings. Experience with New York Labor Law is a significant plus. The role offers excellent mentorship, direct client exposure, and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic team. Offer:

- The candidate must be admitted to the New York Bar and in good standing.
- The candidate must have 3-7 years of litigation experience, including depositions and court appearances.
- The candidate should have experience handling general liability cases.
- Experience with New York Labor Law is highly preferred.
- The candidate must possess strong written and oral advocacy skills and the ability to manage cases independently. Responsibilities:
- The attorney will represent clients in general liability matters, including preparing and conducting depositions and attending court hearings.
- The attorney will draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
- The attorney will manage cases from inception through resolution, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and deadlines.
- The attorney will collaborate with partners and clients to develop case strategies and provide exceptional client service.
