Job Description
Technical Leadership
- Lead hands-on testing of biologics using HPLC/UPLC in a cGMP setting.
- Ensure accurate documentation and data integrity using LIMS and GDP standards.
- Review and troubleshoot chromatography data and instrumentation.
- Maintain lab readiness through inventory management and safety walkthroughs.
Team Management
- Supervise and mentor a team of scientists and analysts.
- Coordinate daily lab operations and cross-training to maximize team efficiency.
- Monitor productivity and quality metrics, and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Support weekend and overtime scheduling as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a cGMP laboratory setting.
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong proficiency in HPLC/UPLC instrumentation and troubleshooting.
- Experience with LIMS and quantitative chromatography data processing.
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship
