Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Travel Pediatric Certified Surgical Tech (CST) for a 13-week assignment in Rochester, NY.A vibrant urban city with renowned healthcare institutions and a flourishing arts and innovation culture.

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures across multiple specialties, including orthopedic, general surgery, ENT, vascular, GYN, neurosurgery, trauma, bariatric, and GU.
• Maintain a sterile field and ensure all surgical instruments and supplies are properly prepared.
• Work collaboratively with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists to ensure optimal patient care.
• Follow hospital protocols and safety standards in a high-volume operating room setting.
• Adapt to the needs of a teaching hospital or trauma center, handling pediatric and adult surgical cases as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of recent operating room experience (within the last four years) in a Level 1 trauma center or teaching hospital.
• Experience in a variety of surgical specialties, with strong scrub experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with high-acuity patients.
