This opportunity is hiring due to growth and expansion and is ideal for experienced providers looking to work in a traditional urgent care setting that values clinical quality and work-life balance.With a flexible schedule—you’d work just three days a week—this role allows providers to focus on delivering exceptional care while maintaining personal flexibility. The organization is committed to providing high-quality, walk-in medical care to patients of all ages.Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and manage a wide range of urgent and non-emergent medical conditions

Perform in-office procedures including suturing, splinting, wound care, incision & drainage

Order and interpret labs and diagnostic imaging

Prescribe medications and coordinate follow-up care

Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care

Accurately document patient encounters in EMR

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams for optimal outcomes

Qualifications
-
Active and unrestricted or eligible New York State Nurse Practitioner license
-
National Board Certification (FNP or AGNP)
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in urgent care or emergency medicine

Skilled in urgent care procedures

Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Able to work independently in a fast-paced setting

Comfortable seeing patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics
