Home Care Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and polished Home Care Sales Representative to join a high-end, boutique Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) serving Long Island's upscale clientele. The ideal candidate will be highly professional, well-connected, and driven by results—with an active book of business in private pay home care.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, elder law attorneys, care managers, rehabs, and other senior service providers.

Identify and close new business opportunities to drive census growth and revenue.

Present the agency's services to prospective clients and referral partners with professionalism and discretion.

Coordinate with the care management team to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

Represent the brand at networking events, industry functions, and community outreach initiatives.

Maintain detailed records of referral activity and lead conversion.
Requirements:

Proven experience in private pay home care sales (LHCSA experience required).

Active referral network and current book of business in the Long Island home care market.

Highly polished, articulate, and confident communicator.

Deep understanding of the unique needs and expectations of high-net-worth clientele.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
