Are you an experienced AI/ML Engineer with a strong technical foundation, a self-starter mindset, and a passion for solving real-world problems? We're looking for ambitious individuals ready to lead, collaborate, and make an impact.
What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models for real-world applications
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles—from problem definition to solution deployment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to strategic technical decisions
- Stay ahead of industry trends and help shape our AI roadmap
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development
- Proven experience with deep learning, NLP, or computer vision
- Minimum of 12 months of hands-on involvement with LLMs and generative AI
- Expertise in Python at a senior level with proficient React skills
- Background in designing APIs and microservices at an institutional level
- Demonstrated success in deploying AI features into production environments
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities—comfortable presenting ideas and driving initiatives
- Startup mindset: proactive, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Experience within financial services, particularly trading platforms nice to have
