Were expanding our operations and looking to bring on a Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee multiple client IT projects concurrently, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and budget-conscious delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and setting realistic expectations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define project scopes, develop timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
- Manage IT projects such as onboarding, migrations, infrastructure upgrades, cloud implementations, and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including task lists, schedules, risk assessments, and post-project evaluations.
- Conduct internal project meetings, daily stand-ups, and client check-ins to maintain alignment and momentum.
- Identify, address, and mitigate risks, scope changes, and potential delays while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Ensure all project deliverables adhere to industry best practices, service standards, and client expectations.
- Assist in resource scheduling, ensuring optimal workload distribution across engineering teams.
- Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to contribute to project scoping, quoting, and pre-sales planning.
- Facilitate seamless handoffs from project completion to service desk and account managers, maintaining a consistent client experience.
- Advocate for process improvements, fostering efficiency and standardization across the MSP team.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven experience in project management within an MSP or IT services environment.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and networking principles.
- Experience managing technical projects across multiple clients or industries.
- Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- PMP or similar project management certification preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently while managing shifting priorities and expectations.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Proactive problem-solver who anticipates challenges and implements solutions effectively.

Please Note:
This position follows a standard 9 AM - 6 PM Eastern Time schedule. However, as a Project Manager, flexibility is required based on project demands and client needs. Some evening and weekend work may be necessary. This is an in-office position.
