We are a highly regarded litigation firm based in the heart of New York City. With a long-standing reputation for integrity, responsiveness, and results, we represent a wide range of clients, including national insurers, corporations, and professionals in complex civil litigation. We are expanding our Insurance Coverage team and are seeking a skilled attorney.

Position Overview:
You will play a key role in advising national and regional insurers on complex coverage issues and defending clients in insurance-related litigation. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience analyzing policy language, preparing detailed coverage opinions, and handling all phases of litigation in state and federal courts.
Responsibilities:
-Analyze and interpret insurance policies, including CGL, D&O, E&O, property, and excess/umbrella coverages
-Draft coverage opinions and reservation of rights/denial letters
-Handle all aspects of insurance coverage litigation from inception through resolution
-Take and defend depositions, draft pleadings and dispositive motions, and argue motions in court
-Manage client communications and provide strategic legal advice to insurers
Qualifications:
-J.D. from an accredited law school
-Admitted to practice in New York; additional bar admissions a plus
-Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
-4+ years of insurance coverage experience
-Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills
