PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Warranty Administrator to support our Distributor Network and ensure seamless warranty and product registration processes. Your Role and Why It Matters:
As a Warranty Administrator, you’ll be the go-to contact for distributors and customers when it comes to registering products and managing warranty information. Your work ensures customers receive timely support, accurate information, and a positive experience—critical to building trust and satisfaction in our brand.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide product registration and warranty support to our Distributor Network
- Accurately enter product model and serial numbers into our system
- Communicate warranty coverage updates via phone and email to Distributor Warranty Admins
- Assist homeowners and dealers by registering products, particularly when they lack internet access
- Offer step-by-step guidance for navigating our online registration platform
- Provide customers with warranty details and registration confirmations
- Make corrections to existing product registrations as needed
- Direct customers to the correct departments when their needs fall outside registration
- Maintain detailed and accurate records using internal systems and tools
What You’ll Bring:
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational habits
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM system
- Background in manufacturing, HVAC, or warranty services a plus

Pay Details: 21.50 per hour
