We are seeking an experienced Director of Billing to oversee the day-to-day operations of our billing department. This role will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team, creating and maintaining SOPs, and scaling billing operations to support company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily billing operations and team performance.

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Ensure timely, accurate invoicing and compliance with policies.

• Identify and execute opportunities to scale and streamline processes.
